We also supply pre-wired wiring arms with custom-cut-to-length cables attached.
The standard length is 3 Mtr (10 feet)
The price of copper has increased in the last 3 years and we have had to raise our price on these arms to match the costs of the wire
20 Pin (TBNH) arms have 1 each – 19 conductor 18 AWG cables.
36 Pin (TBCH) arms have 2 each – 19 conductor 18 AWG cables.
Analog I/O are assembled with a 2c or 3c shielded cable – wired as needed for your analog module.
Please specify when ordering what module and configuration you want.
Colour coding sheets are supplied with each order.

120 VAC INPUTS
Version 2.x inputs have lower brilliance LED displays than the V3.x input modules.
All of the inputs work as they should, but some of the LED indicators are very dull and not easily seen in a bright area.
This is a cosmetic issue only, but we sell these at a lower price point.
This happens because of the components used by Rockwell.

120 VAC OUTPUTS
The older version 2.x 120VAC Triac output cards have always been known to have a high leakage current.
A pull down or load resistor may be required on these outputs depending on the amount of leakage.
The newer version 3.x 120VAC Triac output cards have higher quality triacs than the version 2.x outputs.
Leakage is generally lower and pull down resistors are not normally needed.
All 1756-OA16 Outputs are Pilot Duty rated – 1/2 Amp per channel – Pilot lights and very light loads
